I-90 Snowshed to Keechelus Dam Phase 1C

In 2011 Salinas was contracted to install 31,000 CY of PCCP pavement along 14 lane miles of pavement. This was to reconstruct a newly designed alignment through Snoqualmie Pass. The high elevation, lack of available highway concrete supply, and logistical constraints make this project nearly inconstructable.
